All competitors will go straight onto the jump-off without stopping. All team and individual members will go forward to the second part of the second round (jump-off) unless eliminated. The first-round score and the second-round score will be combined to gain the total score. The jump-off section will only be used where there are ties for equality. The second round will be scored as two parts, so for example any rider who goes clear in the first part, then accrues four faults in the second part (jump-off) will be placed above a rider who accrued four faults in the first part, regardless of times or faults recorded in the second part of the round.

This competition will run under British Riding Club Rules 2024. It is important that all competitors are aware of the rules relating to this competition – please see the current BRC Rule Book and also the BRC Rule Amendments and Changes Document.

All entrants must pay a prelim entry of £40 per team or £12 per individual. This fee is INCLUDED in this fee on MYRIDINGCLUB. If you accidentally pay for your entry directly it will not include this fee, and Misterton RC will need to bill you for it separately. This prelim fee is due 3 weeks prior to the competition, hence why the closing date is 1.2.24.

If the date of the qualifier is cancelled for any reason, the close of prelim entry will remain. However, if the qualifier is moved more than 21 days later, entries will be re-opened but late entry fees cannot be refunded. Eligibility will be approved at the original close of prelim entry.
