MyRidingClub is an online platform which collates membership and entry details on behalf of your Riding Club. When entering an event or purchasing a membership it will be clear who this information will be shared with.

The data controller for all information stored on the MyRidingClub platform is the riding club you are purchasing a membership or entering an event through. MyRidingClub provides the platform and stores the data in relation to these transactions.

MyRidingClub will not share your data with any third parties. Data will only be used by your riding club.

Personal information which you supply on MyRidingClub will be passed onto the riding club you are entering an event or purchasing a membership through. This information should only be used to satisfy the transaction unless otherwise stated in their privacy statement and terms and conditions.

Example of Your Riding Club Usage of Personal Data:

Rider Information (Name, address, DOB, Contact Information and Emergency contact details) is collected to ensure your safety if you attend any of the riding club events.

Affiliated members information may be passed onto British Riding Clubs as part of your affiliated membership. This will allow you to attend affiliated competitions and will entitle you to the BRC member’s magazine.

Personal contact details may be used where the event may need to be cancelled or postponed.

Specific riding club usage of your data will be available via the riding clubs terms and conditions of entry.
